Nice truck. One question being I looked at a few 07's the other day. Did yours come with 235/17 tires? I saw some 3500 on the dealers lot and could not believe they went to smaller tires on the 3500. The 235/17 is smaller then what came on my 05 1500 4x4, it came with 245/17. Anyway the 2500 next to it had the same tires I have on mine 265/17. To me this a bit stupid to use smaller tires on a 1 ton truck, yet use the next size bigger on a 1/2 ton!

Yes it has the 235/80R17 E tires on it, I just went through the 2007 Bible ( Fleet Product Catalogue ) ( I talked it into the deal ) and all the dually's come with the same size.

If you are SRW 2500 or 3500 you have way more options you can get, all 17" but from 235 - 275 and almost every number in between.

Yea, I realy llike it alot guys , thanks again,. the big test is Friday, I have to drive about 350 miles ( no trailer) then pickup our 30' Toy Hauler at 1340 lbs hitch ( not a 5r) and 11500 lbs gross and return with it, so I will let you know how much I like it after that.

That is comforting to know, I can't wait.

Now my shop has called and asked me to wait untill Tuesday to bring the truck in for the CAt back Dual, exhaust brake, and intake, as they will have the gauges there for Tuesday, so I will take it in Tuesday to get it all done at once.
I am going with the roof mount pod( only comes in black , but they are painting it for me) that goes by the rear view mirror, as the wife use's the grab handle ( on the pillar you guy's ) to get in and , I get to relax and have a cup of Joe when she drives, so the easyier for her the better for me( the married guys will know what I mean )

thats actually good that you have to wait... gives you something to compare against with the stock exhaust vs duals... what size duals are you doing?

he's been reading far to many of the posts in this forum...

I am a Mod on another forum for ATV's and we have our share of fun over there , so as long as it is all clean and the such , bring it on we say .

I will be going 4" duals with cat back, I hope whe I am done it is not to much louder, as the way it is, is truly amazing to us, compared to the noise of our 02 CTD ( see sig )
