Hey folks. Im new to this forum and I have a quick question. Im thinking about getting a short throw shifter and Im wondering if any of you guys have one and what your opinion of it is.

I havent seen a short throw for the CTD, but I also havent had the need to look (AT)... welcome to DF...

I think summit racing carries one for the nv5600. I don't know about the g56's

I've seen them for the NV but not the G56. If you find one let us know about it.

Ive been thinking about getting a short throw for my NV5600, feels like I'm rowing a boat sometimes with the 3 foot shifts.

now about the G56. The way the gears are selected on the G56 lends itself to not being very friendly to short shifters. if one has not been made yet I doubt one will be made. The design of the shifter tower is not the traditional selector style, instead you have what looks like push rods, 7 in total, to put the shifter forks in the right possition.
