You found a steel kit for the 2wd??? Please post a link. I would rather steel but I dont think polyurethane would be a problem. The only reason I havent ordered yet is I need to put a jack under the front of my truck and see how much lift I want.

The kit is actually for 4wd but I don't think there is a differance in spring diameter. I ordered the 2 1/2" spacer which means I'll need to put the rear of the truck back up (I had flipped the rear spacers to lower the rear 1" and since there is two 1/2" spacers in the rear I have some room to play with.

Here is one set I found.

Here is the other.

I really dont know the difference between the 2wd and 4wd suspension that would make the need for different spacers. But they do specify for 4wd so I would assume that means something. I could be wrong, let us konw how it goes.

I think has to do with spring rate. I don't see them making to many differant options in diameter. It would be easier to change spring rate for differant model than it would to change the spring mount (upper and lower control arms). I'll let you know. should have them late next week.

Son of a b!@%h. I didn't even look at my upper spring mount. I would noticed 2wd and 4wd have differant mounts. spring size is fine but the spacer won't mount/bolt in. I could prob. modify or I could just get poly kit. I don't know what I was thinking.
