And the big chunk of steel. Cats are the heaviest SOB's out there, and all their torque specs a 2x as much as anyone. It's like they have to be one up on everything. Plus its impossible to find anything on their website as far a diagnostics.

Not being a smart butt, But looks like you are paying for better filtration. From 10 or 7 to 1 micron. That's small. Very small .00004 inches(dia.) Red blood corpuscles are 5 micron. That is what you pay for. Not even a centrifuge can remove colloidal solids less than 5 micron.

where in south louisiana can i get these filters besides the stealership. people live by regular fram filters down here[sm=smiley13.gif]

Nick, hit up Geno's Garage, they are WAY less than the dealer and a few bucks less than going to cummins for the filters. . .plus they ship to Louisiana
