Thats a really nice engine....
and you can probably get it to fit if you work hard enough but you will have to beef up the front
suspension and frame a bit as it weighs about 3000 pounds....[sm=bustedsign.gif]

Here are the specs:
565 hp
1850 tq
oil change intervals are every 525,000 miles (with the oil mgmt system)
14 gal oil capacity

Mayfair, can we use your truck to try it out?....

To make it fit you'll need a "big" axle and springs. You'll also need to space your new 12" c channel framerails 3ft wider. You'll also need to put a 48" plus body lift on as the engine from pan to valve cover is about 4 feet. Also the engine also has been uprated to 600hp with 2190 ft/lbs if your willing to pay the extra money. One of our day cabs with this thing starts at $140,000

If you dont want the body lift though, you'll have a good view of the back of the engine as the valve cover would be about eye level. On a positive note, you could rest your right arm on the transmission and it would be real easy to work on...

Hmm, sounds sort of big.
