Well I found a negative side of our big old beefy differentials. When you straddle a curb and your tire sinks in some mud you will hang up on the diff case and get stuck. Not to worry though if you use 4X4 you can drag your self backwards off it.

My question is does anyone think that I may have damaged or knocked anything out of wack? I was basicly idleing along in granny gear when it happened. I saw some scratches on the bottom of the case but no leaks and it doesn't drive any different. Anyone else get hung on theirs?

 

If you just kind of eased over it or didn't hit it to hard you should be okay. Just keep an eye out for leaks.
