Buying a Dodge Cummins... whats common problems

Im looking to buy a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 Truck 4x4 Regular Cab and was wondering what, if any problems they are prone to?
shoot me some links or just shout them out.

mostly track bar and some steering issues, however they can easily be fixed.

the motor and trans on the other hand are solid.
