I hope so, I spend enough time in the garage as it is.

Fisherguy;
welcome, as far as the ? I have asked an exhaust shop the same ? , they say that it will raise the tail pipe closer to the body and reccomend a tip in order to "extend" the tail pipe so as to avoid getting too much soot on the side of your truck, all very do-able.
I already have the tip installed (clamp - not welded) just waiting for the sheckles to build up under the mattress so I can do the money - order thing. [:-]

I dunno about that. Here is a shot of my tailpipe after the Aero install. Not one spec of soot on the body at all. As a matter of fact, if you look at my mudflap you'll see that half of it is missing. That is because it melted on my tailpipe when I had the original muffler set up. No probs with that now. LOL !! I actually like the way it looks now better than it was before.

BTW : Welcome aboard Fisher !!

It's a new tailpipe, but it's still a dodge part. I got it right from the dealer.

Yeah, my old tailpipe rotted out of the muffler which is what started me on this whole muffler / exhaust system fiasco.

Now that I've got the Aero, thank God it rotted out !!
