As someone mentioned on another forum though, the turbo can only pass so much air anyway so by
adding air coming from the scoop, were not really doing anything.... makes sense.
I disagree... cold air is dense air which = HP/TQ. been there done that... even though it's compressing the intake air, the colder the air to begin with, the more power you'll make. by adding forced air in to the airbox area thru the hood scoup you'll be pushing cool air in, and forcing any excess out the vents in the box (if there are any... mine is a metal, vented shield which could suck in engine copartment air). even though the cooler takes out the heat from the intake air flow, the lower it is going in, the cooler it will be going out.

I just spoke with my fab shop and they are going to draw somethings out for me. As it turns out one of the guys who works there is a member of the forum also, hopefully I will know something in a day or 2. I will keep you posted.
