Took ze plunge
Well I ordered an Edge Juice with Att today from XtremeDiesel (was 683 shipped) including an A pillar mount for the Attitude. Also, got some trim paint and an AC condensor protector from Genos!
After getting the Edge installed, I plan on
- Adding a REAL combo EGT and Boost gauge and a fuel pres gauge (have heard the LCD gauge that edge supplies with the Attitude are not as good. Sides you can never have enough gauges)
- Adding a ATS intake (seems like a fairly easy install)
- Adding injectors (not sure what brand yet and will have a mech install them)
- Adding a bigger Tranny Pan to my 48RE (again will let a mech do this) and of course 4 more qts of tranny oil, lol.
For now I plan to leave the airbox and exhaust stock.
Will the above combination work, or am I heading for trouble. Also, I am fully aware that my 48RE is not the best suited for handling a lot more power. When the 48RE goes, will replace it with an ATS.
