Default Headlight removal question

I am trying to remove the headlight to replace the bulbs, but I can't get the flippin thing out. I have all the screws out, but the adjuster screw seems to be the only thing holding it in. How do I get around this? I checked the owners manual and the manual from the Hemi Truck Club, but they both say the same thing: 1) Remove push pins for Headlamp Seal 2) Remove the 3 screws (2 on inside and underneath the lamp) and pull the headlamp unit toward you. Well, those steps are done and the thing still doesn't come out.

What am I missing? I feel like this is the first time I have ever worked on a vehicle. I am having a brain fart....thanks for the help

*Update*

It doesn't look like the adjuster screw is the culprit, it looks like there is a screw of some sort between the fender and the fender liner.

I don't get it......
