welp in 4 wheel drive i have a nasty click comming from the drivers side front...it also does it when turning, deffinately not as bad at in 4 wheel tho. i think its the u-joint there...but im not sure and thats why im asking you guys

if it is the u-joint is it expensive to have replaced?

It quite possibly coudl be the u joints but where are u driving where you have the truck in 4x4 if you are driving on pavement or hard packed stuff you will get some weird funky noises when in 4x4 especially when turning. My wrangler bucks like a mother if try to make tight turns in 4x4

thats what it sounds like. . .these sealed units are crap if you ask me.

if you do have them changed out go with a unit that has a zerks grease fitting in it. I think MOOG or Napa may have one.
