shoot..I may buy one of these diesel modelairplane engines,just to have on my office desk....I can't wait for a"Diesel Weed Wacker"..or chainsaw...[8D].lol

Years ago (70's) there were instructions floating around to turn your Briggs and Stratton engine into a diesel.

I think most model airplane engines are basically 2 stroke diesel engines. They use glow plugs to start and then run on compression and fuel.

 

your right nick. . .my RC trucks use the glow plug to also ignite the fuel. 20% nitro smells pretty good
