Just installed a K&N Cold Air Intake system on my 06' CTD and no longer need the stock air filter housing & tubing. Anyone need it?

i'd save it... if you ever sell your truck, you can go back to stock and sell off the aftermarket parts separately.

I have an 06 with no Mods thinking of installing the cold air kit. Can you tell any difference in HP and fuel economy. I cant decide if I should spend the $300 for the kit, $100 for the filter only or stay stock. Whatta you think.

Newbie to the site. Just want to tell everyone how much I have learned from this site. I'm sure I will have many questions for all you veteran diesel owners. I bought my first diesel last January and still have a ton to learn about them. Its an 06 quad cab ctd. So far I have added mostly exterior upgrades but I am more interested in the under the hood stuff. Any suggestions as where to start? Also the 2' leveling kit?
