Engine block heater cord

Default Engine block heater cord

I have a 05 RAM 2500 Diesel, just got the block heaqter cord, does anyone know where to plug it in at?

right behind the oil filter you will see a black capped fitting, remove the cap and the cord will plug into this fitting.
Run the cord out the front however you like, I ran mine out and it lays in the front bunmper when not in use.

All have the heater installed, just some years (06) DC got CHEAP and made us buy the cords!! [:@]

I just got the winter kit. The engine blanket is awesome. I don't plug mine in, so I don't know much about the batter blankets, but I hear they are pretty worthwhile too. I would definitely recommend the OEM engine blanket.
Oh, and the winter kit comes with the cord too.
