Default Grease front drive shaft fitting

Well I was bored last night (and most of yesterday LOL) so when I got home I decide to try and grease the front drive shaft special fitting between the two U-joints right in front of the tranny , I found the hole ( thanks to this forum and whom ever mentioned to jack up the left front tire to spin the shaft) ( not to self get a better HD floor jack ) and hooked up my special fitting for greasing a NON grease nipple grease fitting and proceded to grease away.
I gave it about 6 good shots and stopped, I then tried to see if I had actualy got any grease in the fitting, I could not tell, I looked at it from front and from behind, but I could still not see any fresh grease, coming out anywhere, so I gave it a couple of more pumps and looked it over again, and still saw no sign of any fresh grease.
So foe those of you that have done this, have you seen fresh grease come out from the rear of that little shaft or anywhere else around there when you greased your's?

My PW has the same fitting. The first time I greased it, it took quite a few pumps also. I did not see grease come out. I stopped when I heard 'air pops' when the grease finally started to squeeze out past the seals.

Also, I marked my drive shaft (shot of red paint) to make it easier to locate the fitting from now on.

Thanks bud, that is what I was looking for also, some kind of sound or visual indicating that grease had gone in , I will pump in some more tonight when I get home, and see if I can get an indication of it going in.
