Complaint Hotline
Just wondering if anyone had a number or e-mail address that a guy can call any make complaints about service recieved from the dealer? I have been getting the run-around from my local dealer for the past month...
Was in a accident and the dealer is dragging its feet on the repairs, also while the vehicle was there getting repaired it got broken into and they told me I was on my own!
Now they have made a few of the repairs but its all done HALF-@$$EDand they are saying its not their problem!
Man, i really need a number or address to vent to DCX...

There is a direct "e-mail hotline" on Dodge's website, under the contactDodge section.
Also, contact your insurance company. If you are not satisfied with the repairs, get ahold of your insurance carrier and file a complaint with them. Many of the dealers get on the "Serive First" list, which is basically a preferred and recommended place by your carrier to get the work done. They get taken off this list, they don't get to fix vehiles without have an adjuster look at the vehicle first. Makes it a PITA for them and costs them money.
Contact your local Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.
Contact your State Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs.
Believe me, it's a LONG, PAINFULL process.
Hope that helps a little.
