2001 Cummins

This thing cranks well but is very hard to start and the fuel mileage sucks.

New batteries, starter, fuel pump, filters.
It has a K&N filter installed.
Does anyone have an idea?

Dont know what to tell you bud... Mine gets 15 - 16mpg. 90+ K on the odo. Not hard to start, runs great, slight tranny problem but other than that a damn good truck.
