Default REAR AXLE SPEC HELP

I cant find the thread on the rear differential capacities and torque specs. I need to know how much lube I need, and the best kind. The torque specs on the bolts and which sealer you guys recomend. It is a 2004 3500 CTD. Thank you.

no need for any sealant. there is a re-usable rubber gasket there. just wipe it off and the mateing surfaces and your good to go. I cant remember the torque specs on the bolts, but then again I normaly use German Torque Standards on most things anyway. . .Gud-n-tite

you also need a little more than3 quartsof 75-90 or if you tow 75-140 for the rear axel and a touch more than 2 quarts for the front.
