Hey I have noticed you took off the "Lemon" on your Sig line. I was just curious as to what's going on with your Truck and DC? I would have PM'd this but I have the feeling others would like to know as well.

It goes in on the 17th. I have the meet with the district rep and rep from the GA Office of Consumer Affairs.

I took the lemon off of my sig for this reason and this alone...I actually do like this truck.

By far, even with all the problems I've had with it, I still enjoy driving it. It's setup exactly how I want it; it doesn't have all the frilly garbage that a truck doesn't need; it doesn't jar your kidneys when you hit a bump (unlike my '04 SD); and foremost.....the wife doesn't nag me about it (like my SD). She hated that truck.

Also, I took it off of there because mine is a freak in the production. I bought this truck, bottom line, because of the reliability of the Cummins. As the rest of you well know, this thing doesn't have problems that often. I think they were all just dumped into my truck to save you guys the pain.

But also, I didn't want to discourage anybody that has never owned a nice truck and thought they might be in for trouble just by looking at my sig. That's not the case.

I know I bitched alot about this truck (I think with semi-good reason), but overall this is the nicest truck I've owned.

I would buy another one.

There........sentiment over.........back to your hole!

Thanks for the update.

I hope all goes well for you on the 17th. I think at very least DC should offer to buy back your current truck or give you a TON of cash to help you out of current truck into an 07.

As I write this, my 06 is now in the shop for the Tow Haul problem I described in the forum a while back. I did not get any real hits on it so I assume I am the "lucky one" with this issue. I got a not to inspiring call from the dealer asking me what mods I have done to my 5K mile truck, so they are already fishing. Sigh.

Anyway keep us informed and again, I hope everything goes in your favor!

MrSlug deny, deny deny....make counter allegations. I'm sure you already know that but it never hurts to have it reiterated once in awhile.
