CEL
ok guys i need some help. the CEL came on yesterday during a start up. I had been driving around all day without a problem plus filled up and used Drews brew. it's only 3weeks old and i let it warm up at least a couple minutes before going anyway and even then i'm easy on it till it warms up. well starting it one time yesterday after driving it around it sputterd very quickly then started up, and i thought nothing of it, well after about 30 seconds the CEL came on and stayed on.Tried turning it off and restarting and it did nothing came on right from start.
Now the truck runs fine no issues sounds like a champ, no other decernable problems i can tell by sight/sound/feel. still starts stops fine. i'm wondering what the problem could be. The only thing i can think of is the "brew" but i know cummins and dodge both sell the product as OEM stuff u can get and i keep it stored in a hard plastic canteine so i know it's not contaminated from anything otherwise the engine would run like crap. i'm wondering
WTF!!
remember it has 1600 miles on it

First of all I seriously doubt the "brew" is causing your issue. Sounds like something else. First let's get some more info for the wizards here.
Did you try the key trick to get the CEL code? Turn your ign to the on positon then off and do this 3 times in rapid succession without starting the truck. If you do it right the code should pop up in the ODO. If not, take you truck to autozone and they can read the code for free.
Either that or take it into the dealer and have them take a look at the code.

The truck is going to the dealership this morning my parents are good friends wiht the Owner [sm=groupwave.gif]so it'll be fixed, and i also sincerely doubt the drew would be doing it as well i just put that in to get as much info out as possible. I tried doing the code reader and that didn't work and it also happend at about 10 last night so we'll just have to see what happens i guess
