lol. Here in cali especialy in the centeral valley i see that everyday, usualy on fords, sometimes on chevys. I don't htink i've seen it on a dodge yet. and i swear i'm going to start carrying either bolt cutters or neon pink spray paint with me [sm=badbadbad.gif]
