hey sorry i didnt post any info, im kinda of new to this stuff, but it is a 2000 CTD 3/4ton. It does have a block heater but here is the problem i live in a apartment so in order to plug it in its kind of a pain. (but well worth the pain in the mornings). i will be getting a house in 3 weeks but this dang cold is just hell, i replaced the relay tonight? 7.00$ i thought it was worth a shot.

If everything is working good you should be able to start the truck without a block heater down to -40F. It cranks hard the colder it gets. Maybe your batteries are getting weak.
