Default exhaust break

I am looking to put an exhaust break on my truck. That is if it is really fixed.

What would you recommend? is the factory one from Dodge good enough or is an after market one better?

I put jake from cummins on mine ,Installed myself and works great,and has factory warranty,expensive but $50,000 truck so im not going to go cheap to save a couple of bucks just my 2 cents

one from Pack brake, the Cummins one, or the jacobs all do a good job.
