Default Diagnostic on a 47re

I have a 2001 Cummins with a ATS built transmission. My problem is that even when it is in park it is trying to go forwards. Reverse you can tell it is trying to go forwards and backwards at the sametime. Neutrel is the same as drive so what could cause a problem like this? Any help would be GREAT!

It might be a good idea to call and ask ATS being they built it.

Sounds like the logical thing to do, captain.
