Hi people , early in the AM I turned my Ram 2006 2005 ( Cummins ) and the check engine light came on , this has happened one more time already , my car has 7,000 miles on it ,
so i tried to pull the code with the ignition sequence and the display comes with no code ... only says 'done' after a few seconds.
Any ideas why check engine will go on and there is no code recorded ???
What sequence did you use? Is the CEL still on? If so, you can head to an Autozone who should be able to get the code for free. If you plugged your truck in, most likely its the batt temp thing and there isa TSB and reflash to fix this.
Thx for your response , i have a work trip during the weekend so i wont be able to take it until monday ...
I hope the car wont let me down in 3 days :S
