are you planning on serious hp mods or do you just want a simple upgrade, to let her breath?

For the right now just a few simple upgrades. I don't see myself going much past exhaust, intake, gauges, and maybe a programmer or something. I want to get the best one for my money. I guess one that will allow me to upgrade seriously if i want.

do you mean a cold air intake or intake manifold ? I'm assuming CAI. If you don't plan on big mods then a S&B CAI is a pretty nice set up. Extremely cheap too compared to many out there. I pretty sure a few here have one and can give some feedback on it. Do a search on ebay for S&B intake and you'll see what I'm taking about.

I had one for a while but, wanted to move much more air so I went to a AFE Stage II. If you go this route... pan on hearing a lot of air flow ahppening in the engine compartment.

AFE and cheap ......that's an oxymoron! Those two concepts cannot exist in the same dimension!!
Nice try Steve.

Keep the stock air box and drop in an amsoil nano fiber filter.....then do exhaust, gauges, and then get a smarty.

lol, I was referring to the cheeper of the 2 kits out there... one has the pro gaurd 7 filter which is a bit more expensive. Yeah, they are not cheep, but i think they are worth it...
