Default Dealers You Just Can't trust

well I have a local dealer who I will not be doing anybiz with from now on...(Dodge,Chevy,Ford)
the wife and I went to purchase a new ride for her and put hold money down when we returned to pick up the vehicle it was missing (told they were detailing) They lied they had sold the thing there excuse was with the discount I get through work + the rebates and local incentives they could not make as much selling it to me as they could the other cust. then asked for me to wait and they would have us another one in a week. I said why couldn't the other person have waited and you got them another one??? there answer didn't think you would mind!!!!![:@]I said no we don't mind but since we have to wait we will be waiting on another dealer and not yours, my deposit and have a good day. and a few more things that wewill notget into.........(my family has donealot of bizwith this dealer for years upon years I have bought 3 from him 2 for my biz and 1 for per. but not anymore mr. jones)

Agreed, by putting a deposit down you have basically agreed to a binding contract of said amount of time.
