I was lookin in the tri-ad and found a 92 5.9cummins fresh rebuilt with papers to prove for $1200. do you think thats a good deal?

I'm thinking of installing it in a 98 ram 1500 4x4 if I get it. I know I'll still need a tranny for it too.

I've been doing some researching and a 12v cummins will be pretty easy to hook up. and I know I'll have to beef up the front suspension.


I cant find a ram 2500 5.9 diesel for under 12k. so I think I'll be buying this 98 ram and putting a diesel in it.

 

Are you sure the wireing is the same?
