I had one in my '01 and you could tell the difference... you could really hear the turbo sing, my MPG went up 1-2 mpg, and the response was much better. Also, it is the only one that you take an air chuck to and blow out between cleanings. I was watching the SEMA show highlights from 2 yrs ago and they actually do filter better due to their honeycomb type filter. They filtered better than the K&N (didnt really filter much) and a stock paper filter (stopped more than the K&N). I liked the filter and when I get my newer dodge I will get another true flow.

A foam air filter said to be better at blocking out dust and letting air in. Similar set up as a lawn mower would use. K&N worrie me due to all the dusty North Dakota roads i drive.
