I didn't know Paul Harvey was so mean, he made me cry!
I was listening to Paul Harvey whiledriving to a job, He started talking about how to treat your dog .
10 commandments for a dog owner
1 My life may be 12 to 15 years, any separation from you is going to be painful.
[ that's why I carry my dogwith me,it's hard on me too!]
2 Give me time to understand what you want of me
3 Place your trust in me ,it's important to my well being.
4 Don't be angry at me for long and don't lock me up as punishment, you have your friends,your work,your entertainment, I have only you.
5 Talk to me , I might not understand your words but I do understand when your talking to me
6 No mater how you treat me I will never forget it
7 Before you hit me, remember I have teeth that can crush your hand, but I chose not to bite you
8 Before you scold me for being lazy or uncooperative , ask your self if something could be bothering me,perhaps I'm not getting the right food or been in the sun to long,or maybe my heart is getting old and weak
9 Take care of me when I get old , you too will get old
Now number 10 is the one that got me, I started crying just thinking about having to go through it one day.
10 On the difficult journeys,On the finial hardest journey,Go with me please! Never say you can't bear to watch, never say let it happen after I leave, everything is easier for me if your there, Because I love you so.
I can't even type it with out getting teared up, my Ladybug is only 2 an a half years old but just thinking about losing her is hard.
