The funny code is finally gone...no idea how or when but it's gone.

But worry not my friends, my truck is not without a sense of humor,it has started randomly turning off the OD and tripping the trans temp light. This lasts for about 5 sec and then goes back to normal. It will work fine for hours and then at some completely random (from what I can tell) time it happens again....

Help please...i've spent too much time/money at the dealer already....

 

sensor might be loose, shorting, or going out( not working prop) just some thought.. good luck on ur truck.

 

check the wireing harness to the transmission. . .I'll bet a hanger has rubbed through.
