Hello, I've been reading for a couple of years but just joined last week. I have a 06 mega cab 3500 with 6 spd and a gear vendors od as well as a smarty programer. Wondering if anyone else is using water-methonal injection to help with egt? I don't need more power but lower temps.

 

what programming are you running with smarty. . .I would opt of an upgraded turbo before I start playing with drugs.

 

Thanks for the response,I am running on # 3 with a downloaded lower smoke up-grade. I did not mention that I tow alot in the 15,000 lb range.I had a 02 with a super B and edge, I really hoped the smarty alone would give me what I am after. I have tried # 5 holy cow, don't need that much.

 

do you have any gages???

you need a pyro and boost gage at a minimum
