Radio Upgrade?

Radio Upgrade?
First, I'm new to the forum because I just bought my first new truck: '07 2500QC CTD 4x4w/ Big Horn Package. I LOVE IT!
Second, the radio that came with the truck has Sirius sat. radio capability and a 1 year subscription. The radio is fine except that it won't show the name of the song or artist. I contacted the dealer and they said that my model doesn't display that info. So, I asked about the possibilty of upgrading to the next model that would display that info. They told me that they would not credit me anything for the current radio and that the next level up costs $600 [:@] I like the interior the way it is. I can't stand aftermarket add ons because they look well... aftermarket. Plus, because of the way the radio unit itself is designed, the trim around it would look dorky if I did go with an after market radio unit. There's gotta be something I could do, any thoughts?
