Trying to decide on which air intake system to get. Any good or bad news/experiences would be greatly appreciated. K & N, AFE, Violent??????

 

I put a K N on my 07 6.7. After 1 hour my check engine light came on. It stayed on for 150 miles. I then put the stock filter back in and the check engine light went off. WTF?

 

I have airaid on mine and the check engine light only comes on after i clean it. and right after i put it in brand new. I checked with dealer an he said that it was normal and cleared it after that took it to auto zone and they cleared after that it was air intake temp sensor.

Replaced with AMSOIL EaA 189 dropin.

AFE Stage2 w/pro guard 7 filter... no problems, lots of airflow, turbo spools really quick when compared to stock.
