Does anyone know if someone has used their single cab SRT to tow? Does anyoneKNOW why Dodge didn't rate the truck for towing? Does anyone see a problem with occasionally towing with one? I am looking into purchasing a truck for my business and I REALLY want an SRT but only if I can use the single cab for towing otherwise I might as well shoot myself and buy a Lightning[:@]or a 454SS[:'(]...

 

Your clutch will not last 500 miles towing any weight. Upgrade the clutch system, about $1500 in parts, then drive easy and you could pull some weight. The other two trucks you mention are autos and no where near the fun to drive.

 

I know... but they are both single cabs as opposed to the quad cab srt10 w/ the tow rating. So as fun goes...
