Default SRT-10 Price?

I am thinking about purchasing a 2005 dodge ram SRT-10, silver, quad cab, automatic. It has 4K miles and they want $42,000 for it. Is that a reasonable price or should i negotiate for less???

Way to much, assuming you are on the continental US.

SRTs are going for mid 20s to mid 30s, since that is a QC with 4K I would give at most 33K unless there is something special about it. Check out EBay and autotrader.com to get an idea of what I am talking about. You will see a few high priced and many down in the mid 30s and lower.

I purchased an '05 QC at the end of '06 with 14,000 miles for $30,250.00.I would make them an offer somewhere in the middle of the 30 - 33k range. And I used this website asleverage. Have them go on the site and take a look at the prices people have bought for. Or take a copy of the posts with you....

your smart to be asking on the forum. I just bought an '05 Yellow Fever QC # 349 with only 1400 miles on it. I paidtheguy hisasking price of $33K. The dealerships will always put the eye catchers up for a big price hoping you'l buy w/o negotiating. Typically they will put one the QC's for sale at around the low 40's depending on mileage, then after about 3 weeks they will drop it by about 7K or just trade it off........Don't spend any more than the mid 30's for one with 15K or less!!!
