What's the deal with the Truckin report on the QC?
Apparently Truckin mag has a report that the QC hits 60 in 6.94 and the 1/4 in 15.29 @ 92.06 MPH.
Can this be true? My F150 HD hit 60 in 6 seconds and the 1/4 in the low 14's, bone stock. The SRT QC should beat that with out a problem. I have a QC on order but now I am concerned.
The only stipulation I put on my dealer was that the SRT needs to be faster than the lightly moded HD truck. I took him for a ride, he said that it would beat it so I plunked my $1000 bucks down and have been waiting for it to arrive.
I have not done an official run with the HD but a G-tec reports the 1/4 in the mid 13's so it's no slouch. The mods are, K&N filter, 4 lb pulley upgrade and predator power program. The pulley gives the motor the same boost as a stock lightning. I'd say that at the flywheel is got about 400+ HP and 450+ LB-FT, stock is 340 and 425. This is well shy of the advertised power for the QC.
Can someone run a test and see what the real deal is with the QC?

I think that something was wrong with their run. The QC only weighs about 400 lbs more than the RC. A guy with a QC on another forum ran his with a G-Tech and got a 13.70, so +-.3 should be what they run.
How do you like your C6? The dealership I work at just got our first C6 (non Z51) 2 weeks ago. I love the new look. I may have to buy the 06 ZO6 when it comes out
