last 8 of the VIN. thats the prod number, and will contain every bit of info you need. if you ever have any question about the truck, call your dealer, give them the last 8 of the vin, and they can tell you everything from exact minute of final production to stock gears(not an issue on the srt, as they were all the same unless 4 dr) to the radio that was in it.
