So I've had my 85 ram for a little while, and it's not doing anything really, so I was thinking it would be cool to take a wrecked SRT and give it new life by using most of the parts in the build up on the 85. So the question is, do any of you guys have experience with buying an SRT 10 for salvage, and what price range was it in? I'm looking for a ballpark number that I should be saving before I go hunting for one. I'd just want the drivetrain, wheels, interior, brakes, and the hood(to cut and combine with the stock 85), maybe some other little stuff like badging and electronics.

 

10-15K depending on damage.

 

Someone stuffed my 2005 DodgeRam SRT10 w/9,000 miles into a couple of parked cars. Passenger door and passenger conpartment are trashed but drivetrain (6-speed trans) and much of the rest of the truck are fine. She runs and drives. Any interest?JCH

 

I'm adifferent guy than asked about this but I am interested. What kind of price are you thinking and do you have any pictures?
