Hi, we are newbies to the "dodge" world and are looking at buying a Dodge Ram SRT10 2005 2wd model.
Not knowing alot about them & since there is fewwhere we live does this modelhave a good reputation.
Cansomeone alsoplease tell us if they are capable of towing an approx 3 tonne trailer or boat asthe vehicle we are looking at has no handbook/manual in it.

RC or QC?

 

QC!!! The QC was made for 4 drs and for towing. 7900# towing capacity.

 

sounds stupid but not sure as dont know the difference between RC & QC, like I said intially not alot of dodges & info in our country!
Its a 4 door 2wd as far as the info being supplied to us.....
Love the machine just need some more advice on whether its the right machine for us.

sorry, yes its a QC, we call them Double cabs in our neck of the woods! Youre probably thinkingwhat a bunch of *&%$#@!
ANyhow, any info about towing, etc greatly appreciated!

QC towing specs listed above. Do not "play" while towing or your tranny will go boom. Also do not put in the stage 2 PCM flash. The stock QC flash is a little detuned to help the tranny during towing things.
