has anyone had the very frighting experince of taking a fast left hand turn with a dodge ram srt 10viper from 2004 and the front hubjust behind the brake disk broke or cracked in two? the only thing which held the wheel in place for a few minutes was the brake caliber. It is a hardened forging with a splined hole for 4wd which is not used on a 2wd. the question is why didn't dodge make it solid??and now there is thousands of $ damange on it?

 

...becuase your bearing was probably bad, and you never replaced it? this is why you should check your front end every oil change and check for loose parts...
