Default Brake pads

I remember seeing on another thread someone talking about after market performance brake pads. My brakes have started squeeking up front but I know they are still good pads. Can anyone give me a name of the performance pads that will stop the squeeking? Thanks.

Performance Friction @ AutoZone. Part number 0965-20 No more squeak and less dust.

It will not show up on their list for the truck. They also have to order them. You may have to shave about 5MM of pad off the top. But like I said you will n otice less dust on the wheels and no squeak.

I put the green stuff pads on the front last week. They were a bit tricky to install into those heavy calipers. I should have taken out the angle grinder to tweak the pads. I opted for the mallet. I'll report back after I do the rears next week. Got to get rid of the squeak.

I got the same brake noise as everyone else and contacted placeforbrakes.com. They claim to have all the right pads & rotors for our type truck if you got the money !!!
Are green pads worth the time or is there another fix ??
