It would not be a cheap replacement, so you may want to stick with what you found was bad first, the coils, and work from there. I would also put on a new set of ignition wires while apart. Not because you really have to, just easy to do given you have the intake off already. MSD.

 

Thanks for your help 94rt10ohio, I finnally got the parts I needed and threw the truck together this weekend, it is back and running awesome. The work was easy enogh just a pain getting to some of the plenum bolts, but I appreciate your help and info that you provided. Take care
