Show & Shine Season
The show and shine season is fast approaching and I was wondering if you guys had some ideas on displaying the trucks? I recently acquired a banner from a dealership who didn't get their 2004 SRT 10 order. I think it will work for an eye catching item but I'm looking at putting a board together with invoice and pics. Anyone else looking at displaying there trucks this year and what are you including?
Thats a single banner and both sides have info. with the truck on one side and the other info on the other side. I'm afraid that in the wind and sun it may show wear and fade.
I have a 2' X 3' NAPA calendar with the SRT 10 pic on the front of it which I guess the individual NAPA dealers could order.
I've seen some displays boards with vehicle invoice, vehicle pics, and burnout pics, which they have laid out in 3' X 2' plastic covered display board. There are others with polished alumium sheets, like mirrors and the reflect the under side of the vehicle which I think the SRT's engineering should be shown.
Most people don't know what all goes into these machines and how cool they really are.
Just wondering if anyone else is planning on showing their trucks and what ideas you might have.

UV damage is a problem. There are a lot of faded and discolored graphics at car shows. I wouldn't want to let that poster or that calendar get faded. I do graphic arts and designed my own custom poster to display with my Belvedere. Kinkos printed it with their large format printer. If you can do Photoshop, that's the way to go. A guy on ebay sells SRT-10 banners that are made for outdoor display.
The guys on the srtforum.com site were looking for those calendars. Only a few could find them. It appears they were only available in certain parts of the country. The NAPA guys where I live never heard of them. Their great looking though.
