Yes, but only if they change that setting. A "custom flash" does not necessarily include a change to the top end speed limiter.

And for the record, unless you find quite a bit of HP somewhere, changing the limit will not help. The truck tops out at 155ish due to that all she has in stock/close to stock form. Although I am talking from a RC standpoint, QC may be different.
