More work than you may think. Clips and holes to fill behind. Rear bumper is all integrated, would need all of that replaced. Assume you would leave the front bumper as is.
If you go all through that I would pop the exhaust out the side of the truck, either in front or behind the tires, and when I say pop it out I mean make a hole in the lower part of the bed. Since you will be doing body work anyhow....
I have the itch to shave my door handles and gate handle... But not until I get moved and have my new workshop.
