Rear Anti-slip rear end
In addition to my last post questioning the power or lack of, I wanted to add this. The sales manager also told me that the truck is equiped with soem kind of anti-slip rear end that prevents the back tired from breaking loose. He said that it is engineer in a way that you cannot roast the rear tires by flooring it at a stand still.
Now on a manual trans dumping the clutch will overpower any slip limiter, but is it possible the automatic is sucessfully limited?

There is no "anti-slip" rear end on this truck. It has a limited slip (positraction) rear end that helps increase traction by supplying power to both rear wheels. That's it. The sales guy doesn't know what he's talking about. The truck also has factory slapper bars and the differential is shock mounted to limit roll to help with traction. The other SRT vehicles, except the Viper, do have a computerized traction control system called EPS. This systems controls tire slippage but can be turned off - almost (The computer will cut in and supply traction control in extreme situations even when the EPS is turned off).
