Help! Dealer Inquiry!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I took deliver 3-19 and was not notified of the re-call. My dealer did not call or even say anything and since I have the only srt-10 in the area not sure if they will. What should I do? I heard it was only for engines built from sept 15 to dec 31st engine build. Is this true and where does this state when it was built?

HemiGuy25,
I have 3 SRT-10s and only the one with the earliest VIN number was affected by the recall. The early models have the wrong sticker on the drivers door that identifies them with 17" x 8" wheels, instead of the 22" x 10" whells. If the dealer didn't call you, then itsnot likely your SRT-10 is affected. My truck that had the work done, turned out not to need it, and then after a week of driving it the harmonic balancer came apart becasue the dealer forgot to bolt it back on.

Thanks I hope I do not need the recall. I have one of the earlier models cause I remember the correct tires size sticker coming in the mail cause the door sticker says 17x8. You have 3 srt-10'3. the third is red? whats your favorite? My truck is black.
