Your best gains will be with a VEC II. Mopar PCM upgrade is like most aftermarket Mopar items. They help, but no as much as the others. VEC II could give you upwards of 30-50HP.

the pcm upgrade is good, but be aware that you'll have to change from 91 to 93 octane -- not available everywhere..... if not in your area, you'll have to use octane boost on every fill up.
